37 is a 6✦ Star support character that excels at providing buffs and enhancing allies' abilities in Reverse: 1999. If you get 37 in Version 1.6, congratulations! She is definitely an S-tier 6✦ that can do powerful Mental DMG to help you win the battles, as well as providing strong support for the whole team.

Basic Statistics and Upgrade Materials

 

We can see there is a huge gap in each statistics between the default and the Insight III stage. But you need to farm and collect lots of materials to get Insight III. We don't recommend you to push yourself that much especially when your journey just begins.

Inheritance Effect: Calculation of Genesis

• Insight I: After using an Incantation, gain one stack of [Eureka]; Other allies' Follow-Up actions also grant an stack of [Eureka]. When there are five stacks, they all get consumed to release [Supplementary Formula]. This attack is regarded as a Follow-Up but no [Eureka] stack is gained.
• Insight II: When the caster enters battle, critical damage is increased by 15%
• Insight III: When the caster enters battle, the critical rate is increased by 20%; Genesis DMG of all incantations from the caster can cause critical hits.

 

[Supplementary Formula] Causes 120% Mental DMG to all enemies, plus an additional of 40% Genesis DMG

Amplification Effects

• Lv. 1: If the wearer has more than 2 [Pos. Status], the damage caused when attacking will be increased by 8%; When the wearer uses a Buff Incantation, their own Attack will increase by 2%, this effect can be stacked up to 2 times.
• Lv. 5: If the wearer has more than 2 [Pos. Status], the damage caused when attacking will be increased by 8%; When the wearer uses a Buff Incantation, their own Attack will increase by 2.5%, this effect can be stacked up to 5 times.
