Arknights introduces a new story collection event A Light Spark in Darkness

A Light Spark in Darkness, a new story collection event for the tactical mobile RPG Arknights, has been made public. This event will tell several stories centered on an Infected named Goldenglow in the sleepy village of Caladon, as well as a short story about Reunion. The update adds a new themed furniture set, three new outfits, two new operators, and two new outfits.

A Light Spark in Darkness event introduces a wide range of rewards in Arknights

The A Light Spark in Darkness event takes place in the year 2022, from August 18 at 10:00 to August 25 at 3:59 (UTC-7). Goldenglow, an Infected from Caladon, was involved in a number of plots before realizing her desire as a result of an unintentional fire. Haze, Skyfire, and Quercus will also appear in the story as the sparks collide to shed light on the time period.

Doctors can earn wage tickets by completing event stages, which can be redeemed for items such as Jackie's new 0011 Tempest Series costume, Take a Leap, large sums of LMD, furniture pieces, battle records, recruitment permits, elite materials, and information fragments at the thrift shop.

Arknights introduces two new operators and items during the event

Here are the new operators coming to Arknights:

Goldenglow – 6 Star Caster

Goldenglow is the name of Arknights' first 6 Star Mech-Accord. She has the ability to launch a swarm of drones that can either damage or attack enemies. Her second ability increases the number and attack power of Drones while also permanently increasing her attack range. When Goldenglow uses the third skill, she stops her own attacks and commands her drones to engage in combat with the enemy within a wide Attack Range.

Quercus – 5 Star Supporter

Quercus, an Abjurer, can switch to healing mode by using skills and granting teammates the Sanctuary effect. Quercus' first skill may increase her Attack. While the second skill is active, she can increase her attack speed, and each time she heals a victim, one skill point is added back to their total.

Fresh clothes from the 0011 Tempest Series, such as Unfettered for Ceobe and Wild Flower of Street for Waai Fu, are now available at the store. Simultaneously, Caladon Light Store, a brand-new collection of themed furnishings, will be available for purchase.
