Yeager: Hunter Legend is an RPG-based mobile game that features endless adventure and offers challenges that include uniquely designed monsters. The players take on the role of a hunter who is tasked with a mission to retrieve a stolen artifact. The game has multiple characters players can choose from while exploring the depth of the game. Multiple choices can confuse the players choose the right option, hence in this Yeager: Hunter Legend Retainer Tier List, we will list out the best characters available in the game.

Since there are many Retainers in the game now we will try and narrow down the scope of selection by arranging the characters according to their respective tiers. We would like to divide the Retainers in the game based on 3 different tiers namely, Strong (S), Good (A), and Average (B). These tiers have been classified on basis of the ratings and the individual powers of the characters. Moving further we would like to add that we will be ranking only the original character cards as there are certain overlaps based on different levels for the same characters in the game.

Now moving forward with our tier list for the game, we will try and list the best Retainers from each of the tiers stated above. As players will progress further down the line they will keep on getting summon coupons to unlock higher-tier Retainers. After carefully analyzing the pros and cons of each and every character in the game we have gone with the following as our picks from each tier.

 

S-Tier characters: Blade's Wraith

Despite having the character class of a defender, the character has a very balanced demeanor and offers both offensive and defensive actions the character is known for the versatile options it offers on the battlefield. However when it comes to the most striking feature of the character then it has to be the defense and ability to soak in most damage thrown at them.

 

When it comes to offensive abilities then the character has a special taunt attack, where she taunts the opponent, this activates a special stance where she takes 50% less damage from the attacks. After the taunting source is over, she will counterattack dealing 1000% of the damage she received during the duration. This makes her a very dangerous character and possibly the best one in the game.

 

A-Tier characters: Eroding Strike

As the name would suggest, Eroding Strike is an all-out attacking character class that features devastating attacking stats for the character. The primary skill of the character features an attack that boils your opponent to continuously erode surrounding targets. Deals damage equal to 100% of the retainer’s Attack. This damage lasts for 15 seconds. This attack is very useful against enemies in a group and offers great crowd control.

 

Whenever the character hits the critical attack, the damage is increased to a few multiples. Eroding Strike's 1st passive skill Chain of Fury states whenever the Hunter takes damage, he gets a 6% Increased Attack and Defense. Overall the character is very useful for confrontations with smaller enemies and a small group of enemies. When it comes to boss fights the card is not that useful owning to its weak defense stats.

 

B-Tier characters: Chibirb Raider

Chibirb as per the game is stated as an attacker in the game, the character offers very basic attacks which can be very useful in the earlier phases of the game. Getting a Chibirb earlier in the game is fairly easy in the game as it can be unlocked easily as a retainer. The character has many supportive statistics as well as it can buff the physical and attacking stats up to 30-40% for the other characters in the team.

 

All in all the character is a basic card, if players manage to get their hands on the character early on in the game it can be a good addition to the team in the game.

 

Final Thoughts

There are around 12 retainers in the game as of now, however, more can be launched as the game will progress further down the line. The game has a very distinctive class system as there are different perks and strategies players can brew with each one of them individually.
