In Ragnarok Arena, players can collect monsters along with growing their characters, and look forward to a special "Idle Adventure" feature where they can reap rewards even when they're logged off. There will also be a challenging Guild Level PvP System, epic Boss Fights, and adrenaline-pumping Guild War and Siege War content to explore apart from the main game mode.
Unlike most games with the Mortal Kombat moniker, Ragnarok Arena takes the series to dip its toes in the Gacha arena RPG genre that has skyrocketed to success recently with notable titles such as Genshin Impact, Marvel Snap, and Raid: Shadow Legends. Although in the same genre, Ragnarok Arena is close to gameplay to titles such as Mortal Kombat: Onslaught and Raid: Shadow Legends.
The main objective is to use characters to fight for you and defeat enemies on increasingly difficult levels. To advance in the game, you must collect stronger characters, acquire good gear, and level up or upgrade said characters in order to be successful on harder levels.
To boost the festivities of the official launch, the game is giving away in-game goodies and IRL prizes such as a 4-Elements Elective Monster Chest during the Adventurer's Grand Rush event.
