Project Mugen Pre-registration: Fly! Over the top of the world

At 2023's Tokyo Game Show, Netease Games shared a behind-the-scenes video showcasing Project Mugen, a much-anticipated RPG since its first reveal during Gamescom. The story will be set in a world called N.I.U, where "reality" and "anomalies" coexist, and all rules can be broken.

 

Now it has officially released some characters, let's have a look together!

 

Dila, A girl shrouded in mystery who investigates the Meteorite Anomaly in the N.I.U.She's even able to control meteors.

All that's known about her is her name and gender. A riveting mystery to say the least.

 

Mechanika, a ghost worker at Shorewater Industries who can make machines come alive!

Big-bada-boom clangety dang! All work gets done in a jiffy in a hubbub of mechanical clangs.

Say, isn't Mechanika a real treat?

 

Alan, a social butterfly trading in information who roams the shopping street, mingling with most anyone.

Alan lends a helping hand whenever possible, all you've got to do is ask.

 

Bansy, a street artist with a knack for destruction and creativity.

A free soul whose passion for new things burns red hot, for a minute, give or take. As most artists in the Delirium Block.

 

Taffy's life philosophy can be boiled down to 'energy saving':

1. Never do anything annoying.

2. Payment, always. The more cola—err, payment, the better.

3. Work 5 min, rest for 2h. Uhm, a like-minded soul?

 

Project Mugen is set to be released on multiple platforms, including PS5, PS4, PC, iOS, and Android. Pre-registration is now available on the official website.

 

A brand new world in Project Mugen will soon reveal before your eyes. Remember one rule: don't follow any rules, including this one. After all,every tomorrow and every possibility of the future is "infinite"!
