Pre-registration for Duty Warzone Mobile is now available

According to Activision, Call of Duty Warzone Mobile will launch on iOS and Android in 2023, and pre-registration is already open for Google Play. If you've played Warzone on a console or PC, you will be familiar with mobile version, which promises the same 120-player experience to you.

You will drop into Verdansk and visit many well-known locations, such as Airport, Stadium, and Dam. You can travel across the map using various land-based vehicles and aircraft or walk if you don't rate your driving skills. You can anticipate ample weapon and Operator variety in addition to vehicles so you can discover the best playstyle for you.

Throughout each match, you can earn Cash to spend on gear, field upgrades, killstreaks or revive tokens.Earning as much Cash as you can is important since skipping a Buy Station could mean the difference between winning and losing. If you hit Verdansk in a squad, you can take on Contracts. These missions provide various rewards if you complete them, including Cash, XP, and Weapon XP.

If you've played Warzone on console or PC, the Gulag is probably already recognizable to you. If not, it's a place where you can earn a second chance if you're killed on the battlefield. You will engage in a brief 1v1 fight with another player; the victor gets to go back to Verdansk.

Cross-progression

A big part of Activision's marketing for Call of Duty going forward is cross-progression. The same weaponry from Warzone 2.0 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II will be available in Warzone Mobile. This means that when you start up one game, any Operators or weapons you've unlocked in others will be ready and waiting for you.

Similarly, Battle Pass progression will be shared across the three Call of Duty titles. Beyond that,  your Friends lists and chat channels will remain the same across all games, allowing you to communicate with your friends no matter which one you're playing.

Customisable controls and mobile-exclusive content

To ensure that Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is accessible to as many people as possible, Activision is promising control customisable. Therefore, you wil be able to modify the controls reflecting your preferences.

Beyond that, Activision announced that Warzone Mobile will feature content exclusive for iOS and Android versions. That means events and custom playlists, among other bits and pieces.
