Battle with Aliens
Love & Deepspace is largely a dating simulation game, but it also features an exciting combat system where you and your male lead partner battle deep space aliens known as "wanderers." This is because one of the male characters is a hunter, and you play as a deepspace hunter from the Hunter's Association.
The third-person viewpoint is used throughout the combat gameplay. Your character can do a few simple tasks.
- Basic Attack: one that strikes quickly and with little force.
- Dodge: elude a blow from an adversary. To dodge in a particular direction, you have to use the directional pad.
- Active skill: unleashes against the adversary when you use it. An extremely potent attack that, once used, goes into cooldown is known as an active skill.
- Resonance Skill: Evol is released. a deadly strike that is typically used to eliminate opponents. You do this talent with your male lead partner.
Gacha System: Wish
"Wishes" is the name of the gacha system in Love and Deepspace. You can access different memories of the male leads by wishing for them. One wish or ten wishes can be made at once.
Memories might be viewed as distinct iterations of the three main male characters. The quantity of stars in the memory determines its quality. The character's "memory" or variety is stronger the more stars it has. For instance, Xavier may have two memories: "Xavier: Garden of Secrets," which has four stars, and "Xavier: A Break," which has three stars.
There are two categories from which you can create wishes. The majority of the memories under Xspace Echo have average star ratings, which should be sufficient to get you through the story's initial set of phases. While the memories under Everlasting Dream are noticeably better than those under Xspace Echo, the items needed to make a wish under this area are much harder to come by. The game assures you that after making 70 wishes in total (pulls), you will receive a 5-star memory regardless of the genre.
These memories can be strengthened by ranking and upgrading their attributes. Memory upgrades are accomplished via Memory EXP materials. Stats like HP, ATK, DEF, and CRIT RATE improve with upgrading.
